Visits to Pilates Plus are by appointment only
Contact by email is preferred - you are welcome to phone but are likely to get the answerphone while we are teaching (we will call you back!)
The preferred entrance for group classes is via the back entrance, as this causes less disruption to any class that may already be taking place. This is also step-free access for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
Back entrance from Crown Rd: Turn into the path next to Rock and Fairy off Crown Road. Turn right and keep going to end of path where you will see back entrance to 117.
Entrance from Crown Road: Next to Joseph’s hairdressers you will see a big green door 117. Please ring the bell on your right for Pilates Plus to be buzzed in. Once in the hallway the entrance is directly in front of you. Do not go up the stairs.
